ADMISSION PROCESS
The age group for admissions for the respective classes are as follows:
Pre Primary
Lower Kindergarten – 03 years and 29 days
Upper Kindergarten – 04 years and 29 days
Primary
Year 1 – 05 years and 29 days
Year 2 – 06 years and 29 days
Year 3 – 07 years and 29 days
Year 4 – 08 years and 29 days
Year 5 – 09 years and 29 days
Year 6 – 10 years and 29 days
Secondary
Year 7 – 11 years and 29 days
Year 8 – 12 years and 29 days
Year 9 – 13 years and 29 days
Year 10 (Pre-IGCSE) – 14 years and 29 days
Year 11 (IGCSE) – 15 years and 29 days
Year 12 (AS Level) – 16 years and 29 days
Year 13 (A2 Level) – 17 years and 29 days
Entry Qualification for Lower Reception

Competency level
- In-dependency.
- Identify Shapes/Colors/ Letters and Numbers to 10.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
- Admission will be granted subject to availability of a place and the pupil satisfying the Admissions criteria.
- The application for admission will be uploaded on the web site from the beginning of March to the end of April each year. (will be mentioned as per MOE instructions)
- Duly filled application form of the student along with valid Qatar residence permit to be submitted online through School website.
- When the duly filled application is received it will be logged in and a reference number will be provided to the applicant.
- The entrance assessment test will be provided as per the level of the applicant, based on the British National Curriculum. The assessment is for school purposes only and will not be disclosed.
- Students enrolling to LKG & UKG will be evaluated through an oral test. Students from Grade 1 & upwards will have to sit for a placement examination. (English Language and Mathematics).
- If the child fails to meet the expected level of the entrance assessment, their application will be withdrawn, and the parents will be informed by the Admission Department
- The offer of a place will be sent via email. If an acknowledgement is not received from applicants within 5 working days from the date the acceptance email has been sent, the place offered may be withdrawn.
- The school reserves the right to withdraw the place, in case of information about the student has been withheld, or the school is not able to meet the child’s educational and/or social needs.
- Registrations will not be considered as completed until all appropriate fees have been paid.

- Students joining from other Schools in Qatar should submit a leaving certificate attested by the Ministry of Education Qatar (once admission is confirmed) along with the transfer letter.
- Students joining from out of Qatar should provide a leaving certificate along with the previous year report cards.
- Any student joining for Grade 6 upwards should provide a character certificate issued by the respective school attended.
